Little Tokyo Los Angeles. Members of a vicious Yakuza-style gang with their protection rackets and brutal ritualistic slayings have turned the area into a nightmare of corruption and murder. The police are seemingly powerless to the stem the relentless tide of violence - but for one detective at least defeat is unthinkable.
